2. Services
Pool Inspection Melbourne provides pool and spa safety inspection services across Melbourne. Our services include:
- Pool and spa safety inspections
- Pool barrier and fence compliance checks
- Pre-purchase pool inspections
- Form 23 compliance certificates and re-inspections
3. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- Final pricing may vary based on the pool, spa and barrier details on site.
4. On-site Access
- Access: The customer must provide safe access to the pool, spa and barrier so the inspection can be carried out.
- Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather or site access issues.
5. Our Inspection Service
Pool Inspection Melbourne carries out pool and spa safety inspections against the Victorian pool and spa safety standard. Our service covers:
- Inspecting the pool or spa barrier, fence and gates
- Reporting any items that do not meet the standard
An inspection reflects the condition of the barrier at the time of the visit. It does not cover later changes, misuse, or damage. You are responsible for keeping the barrier compliant after the inspection.
6. Payment Terms
- Inspection fees are as quoted at the time of booking (flat-rate inspections from $170 ex GST).
- Payment methods accepted: credit/debit card, bank transfer and PayPal.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on completion of the inspection.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Rescheduling: Please give us reasonable notice if you need to change or cancel a booked inspection so we can offer the time to another customer.
- Site access: If our inspector cannot gain safe access to the pool, spa or barrier at the booked time, a re-attendance fee may apply.
- Re-inspections: Where a re-inspection is included with your inspection, it is provided in line with the offer current at the time of booking.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pool Inspection Melbourne shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
9. Website Use
By using our website, you agree:

- Not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
